o Platinum Sponsor: $1,500 (includes 1 foursome, 1 hole sponsorship) or $1,000 (hole sponsorship)
o Gold Sponsor: $1,000 (includes 1 foursome, 1 hole sponsorship)
o Corporate Sponsor: $800 (includes 1 foursome, 1 hole sponsorship)
o $175/golfer, $700/foursome
o Hole sponsorship $150/hole
